Wonder actually wrote this song for Beck, but Berry Gordy insisted that he release it himself. Beck did his own version on the Beck Bogert and Appice album.

You must not be too familiar with his work.
It's almost a given that if you threw in another guitarist to sit in & play a solo on this song that it would sound absolutely horrible.
Beck never, ever struggles creatively...this is proof.
I saw this for the first time last night on TV...I have to say that after hearing it, I'd say it's my favorite solo of all time.
