  • I could still remember when I listened to this at a foreign airport, alone and sick and lost...

just then, sun rose up and shone through the grand glass window.

    she sang, a new life.

    I just teared up.

  • @MrChicago891 I'm not sure but I think this might be it - Sheena Easton - A Dream Worth Keeping

  • what can I say.........Linda has THE voice...magical..beautiful lyrics and sentiment...sung by a beautiful and talented vocalist..wow!

  • Can anyone out there help me find a song....the lyrics go something like "I believe in a world where princes.....(??).....more than just the same (???).....even though the winds of change may (??)........" thought it might be Eder.....

  • @JustAPerson99 HA! That was actually clever!

  • This is the "gold standard" version of this song. I've heard wonderful versions by others but this still brings goosebumps to me. Linda's done fantastic performances of it elsewhere, but there's just something about THIS version. It's stunning...the phrasing, orchestration and especially her ending. I remember buying this CD in 1990 on a wintry day and just sitting in my car playing it over and over because I just couldn't get out of the car!

  • No one could do this song as wonderfully as Linda!

  • On her album she holds that last note for about 25 seconds. What a voice.

  • This song may lift someone´s spirit...
