This is a short video of US Marine Corps Aviators of VMA-231 (The Ace of Spades) flying their AV-8B Harriers miles above Iraq's Al Anbar Province. Ed Darack, a still photographer, was on a project to comprehensively photograph all units assigned to the 2nd Marine Air Wing (FWD) for Smithsonian Air and Space Magazine. This video was shot from a Marine C-130J of VMGR 252 by loadmaster Corporal Tavia Kauffman.
