This is the first video in a series we call 20-10-2. In 20 minutes or less, with $10.00 or less, you can prepare a dish for 2! Each recipe video will first have an informational video explaining an ingredient, a tool, or a technique. Enjoy!

  • @SuperMonkeyNATOR And there will be more soon! thanks for your enthusiasm...and for watching!

  • Oh my! I live no more than fifteen minutes from Freeport (I'm in North Yarmouth)! What brings you to Maine?

  • @OlympicClassDandy Hi! Good to hear from another Mainiac! I've lived in Maine ever since I attended that little college in Brunswick...back in 1973. You should check out Bessie's Farm Stand on the Litchfield Road out near Wolfeneck in Freeport! Deede Montgomery and Kathie Heigh both worked with me when I was principal at FMS back in the late 1900s. ;)

  • @cmtoy That's fantastic! Teaches me not to read your bio completely, eh? And I'll definitely pay them a visit, possibly sometimes in the coming week. I have eggs on a daily basis, and in my experiences, farm fresh is the best way to go! And that really does apply to produce in general.

Anyways, very glad to see a Mainiac among us. For the strangest reason, I was under the impression that you lived in California. Must have been the California roll video playing with my head. ;)

  • @apaulanarius Yes! Whenever you can buy local fresh eggs! Thanks for watching!

  • @TheBoogymannn Eggs are good food! Stand by for the recipe using those fresh eggs! Thanks for watching!

  • Thanks for the chicken egg info. Learned a few things I didn't know about farm fresh eggs vs supermarket eggs.
