kde4 brings new technologies which exposes binary drivers bugs. you prob know that gnome3 will not have gtk3, it will have same gtk2. even if plasma is ground shaking, it is still very buggy, maybe kde 4.5 will have very stable plasma desktop shell

now is better with kde 4.2 and kernel 2.6.28 and driver 180.22 my arch+kde 4.2 is impressing all my friends :) and its pretty usable and connfigurable
i like i think i wont change soon maybe when gnome realese gnome 3 :P
i think this way is the future, plasma ftw

nvidia with kde4 sucks. at least now theres beta driver which works fast with plasma, you should try nvidia beta driver

Your video rock, but i have 1 question, im a Archlinux user, and i used to use Openbox, but i heard so much good about kde4 so i diceded to try, but i have a huge problem, my performance suks how did u get that performance?
I have Asus m70 t9400 4 gb ram geforce 9600 512 ram.
