Pressing the +/- keys on the num pad will speed up/slow down the sim.

I hope that -1.7G's was just to show that the simulator returned theoretically calculated values, because you never want to have ejector air go above -1.4 without creating a safety risk.

El Toro has a spike of -1.8. The main point of that is to show that newton values do not always represent what will happen in the sim.
