One thing I think would be good to add would be the problem of people waiting for there fears to go away be for taking action, Some people wait there hole freaking life away only to find there fear whet away at the same time there life did.

This is very helpful....I sing and I have a big fear of getting on stage. I have missed a lot of opportunities because I let my fear control my actions. I plan on watching this next Friday before Open Mic night.. Thank You
