you should not forget that Mark Bocari never know any other language, but Albanian. that is a fact. you have the letters he had correspondence to other generals of the time. they were all Albanian. sometime Albanian with very poor broken Greek. same to kolokotroni same to bubulina.

When Edith Durham came to albanian territories she was stunned that Albanians were the only people to identify themselves as simply albanians, not christians nor muslims. SHe travelled across Balkans, everywhere she met people identifying themselves as orthodox, catholics and moslems (Bosnia), in Albanian territories they were simply Albanians.
