This video has been edited down. Here you will see the various processes of manufacture, first the outer wrapper is rolled this is followed by TIG welding. The inner wrapper is prepared for rolling by swaging the holes, both rolled and welded wrappers are then trimmed square in the lathe, this is followed by welding on the rear end cap. The glow plug collar is then welded in from the inside.
this will be for sale through ebay

  • did you make the front and rear end cap for the cumbustion chamber? if so, how did you do it?

  • @antosdesantos Hello, Yes i did, these are made using Steel moulds which replicate the inside and outside shape and dimensions of the end cap to be made. Its a lot of trouble to go to but it is an effective method to manufacture these, i have a set to sell which will be listed on ebay in a couple of months.
