Calves are lacking in size?? How big do you want them? Look at them when he is doing squats... he's got diamonds.. What do you call a "good size"??

workout is pretty solid but the first exercise (quad extensions) are the worst exercise you could possibly do. they will destroy your knees and should be banned from gyms. don't do it dude, stick to the leg press and squats

A solid and quick session for legs providing each set is failure/complete failure is -
Leg press super setted with hack squat
E.G. -
Leg press 4-6 reps SS hack squat 4-6 reps
6-8 reps SS 6-8 reps 8-10 reps SS 8 -10 reps Leg press 12 -15 reps.
P.S. No rest at all 7 sets straight, drop weight after each set
Every sets failure with a spot every set for forced reps.

I dont think u need 300lb. u not doing the full squat. U need to sit lower, take less weight but do it right )) U'll see and feel the diffirence ))

good workout! have you ever considered going lighter and loosing the weight belt it really forces you to keep your back straight and strengthens your whole core and within no time you'll be squating more than you did before.

good workout looks like a killer but you might consider going lighter and loosing the weight belt on the squats it really forces you to keep your back straight during the squats and once your back and core strengthens you can squat just as much without it and you wont even notice the difference and you will see more strenght gains throughout the rest of your body as a result

gd workout man ,just squat wasnt that deep squat,if u try to go more deep in squat for 3 or 5 reps that goina be great but cool workout ,keep hard work bro

Great leg work out, you should be beast by now if you do that twice a week... I'm going to try this workout but I think I'll sub deadlift for the leg presses......

How can you call that a leg workout? You completely neglected your calves.
nooooo.don't stop at two reps, do at LEAST a double digit number, 10...treat yourself, don't cheat yourself

I agree man. I had full intention of getting 8 to 10. But I did too many reps with the lighter weight, I was drained buy the time I hit 365 and 405. Not a very good excuse though. In my defense I did get a few reps in by the end of this workout. Thanks for the comment!

I think you should've stopped at 225... everything after that wasn't a full squat

I probably could have gotten a little lower with the heavier weight, but these aren't deep squats, more like power or box squats. I can load the weight on this exercise to maximally stress the quads, hamms and gluts. I follow with front squats to stress a full range of motion. Sometimes I do stop at 225, like when I'm doing 4 sets of 20. Appreciate the recommendation though.
