This is the build i use to farm feathers. its based on the perma sin build. It uses 20%ench zealous daggers for energy management and a little extra damage.

I carry a 20%ench staff with +20 energy for incase they block an attack and you run out of energy.
its not the fastest but works well. 10 - 15 min per run

ok, i have farmed here forever with 55 monk 600 with hero and with my perma, i have always like it and thought it was the best.
thhen i tried jaya in NM with ele like a friend suggested way better 12 min runs 70 to 110 feathers a run do the math.
o yea and about the drops i just keep golds and runes and the mods and runes in Jaya are way better

When farming for feathers and other stuff like that, its best to do it in NM. You will actually get more feathers that way.

not really - in nm when they drop actual feathers (not scalps) they are stacks of 7-10 feathers. in HM they are stacks of 19-21 feathers. But in nm it would be faster and therefore you can do more runs in the same time frame whoich would give you more possably. Check out my channel, I posted a video of a NM feather farm with my Rit outside Seitung Harbor which gets me more feathers per run than this does.

It ranges from about 50 - 150 per run.
