This athlete performs one of our advanced versions of the pre-workout routine. This "Plank Trio" consists of the traditional plank, straight arm plank & a isometric push-up. We do each portion for anywhere from 5-15 seconds a piece depending on age and size.
That halfway-down push-up hold is TOUGH - I've tried it! I hit the ground after about 45 seconds.
