@atariman72 Hermann Fegelein was a General during WWII who killed over 17,000 jews. He was killed for desertion two days before Hitler's suicide. But if you're on the internet, Fegelein is just a silly prankster that tricks Hitler and his pals while Hitler tries to capture him. In many of the "Downfall" movie parodies, Fegelein is responsible for things that happen to Hitler, such as flooding Hitler's bunker or messing with the speed of time.
