  • Your video was great! Can I use it for one of my presentations?

  • Hey @robbysharolaid! Yeah definitely! We would love for you to use it! Are you able to cite a link or a credit somewhere, too?

    Thanks!!

  • great vid, wish it had more views.

  • @highflyer4 Every day we get more views which is totally awesome! Thanks for your nice comment :)

  • Well done! I belong to a Credit Union and my parents belong to BofA so I see this kind of stuff all the time. Like they can't withdraw so much in a few weeks, BofA froze my parents account for too much activity (it was tax season soooo no duh) they charge a ton for even just like 50 cents over draft. I have been with the same Credit Union since I opened my first account. And when me and my now husband were dating we shopped around for a bank to have a shared account, we chose the Credit Union.

  • Thanks @KageNekoSekusu! A credit union really is different in some important ways and I'm glad you see it, too! :)

  • @youngfreestlouis Your welcome, and yes I can, and will do that :)

  • @chris31768 With Vantage CU there is one initial automated menu but that's to direct you to where you can either check your balance through the auto system or go directly to a person! The next step is definitely a real person in our call center, right in St. Louis. It's pretty rad.

  • @chris31768

You have a point there.I can just hear it now...If you would like to talk to a live person (as opposed to a dead person?) press one,if you would like to talk to a......you know the rest.

  • you mean you got a person right off the bat and weren't in automation hell?
