Awesome trailer! The best one ever! King Terenas and Arthas ftw! :D

I though they would show some palas in the cinematics but I quess not :P

(Wouldn't be so weird since palas and scoruge are like mortal enemies ever since the scourge were created.)

Btw i've heard that Tirion Fordring will play a great part of this expansion! He's going 2 lead THE SILVER HAND in to battle! YEAH PALAS FOR LIFE! xD

Indeed, Malygos is alive and well (if completely insane) in an instance - The Nexus. The location in the video is most likely the Dragonblight, which is a dragon graveyard zone in the expansion, so the dead dragon is probably just a random one.
