I'm 15 and I'm a skinny twig, I have sighed up to the gym but I'm not sure what the proper workouts for me are, I would like to gain muscle on my arms. Can you help me with this?
@mindfreaksexorcist you gotta start eating more, like 6 meals a day, chicken, beef, fish, turkey and good carbs like pastas and rice to put on weight. you'd be best putting on weigh whilst working out different muscles and losing your 6 pack for a while till you've built some bulk and then once you're big you can strip down fat with a certain nutritional diet which by the time you're done building up you'll understand how to do.
I am 18 .exactly 110 lbs and 5'7...i am very thin...but my love for doing crunches extensively has gotten me a 6 pack ..which looks good in pictures but not so much in person.i eat very less and do crunches extensively is that why i am thin but still have a 6 pack?.i wish to put on some weight and gain muscle mass and get my biceps and chest in right proportion so that my 6 pack looks good..what is the way to go for me according to you ? ....i am really confused....someone please help me

@smokedro2194 completely wrong i eat allot and work out everyday, and the only weight i gain is from muscle not from the food.
