(Another) Earthquake 3/15/11 (Not a Tremor, in Shizuoka M 6.2)

EDIT 2: I just heard on TV that this one was upgraded to a 6.2 magnitude.

EDIT: This quake was not a tremor.
It was a 6.0 magnitude quake with an epicenter inland at Fujinomia City in Shizuoko Prefecture. That's a lot closer to me. It was more of a 'shaking' sensation than Friday's 'swaying' quake. I'll be updating if anything else happens.

I just felt an earthquake that felt stronger than 'the big one' on Friday 3/11. From what I can gather from the news (that I can't really understand) it was centered in Shizuoka Prefecture (the prefecture adjacent to mine, Aichi).

This one is about 6-7 hours south west of Sendai. Basically, I'm located between the two earthquakes that I've felt: the big one on Friday and this one.

@2Pawsome Wow. Thank you so much for the offer! I will keep that in mind. If things get treacherous around here, I will consider coming back. I'm trying to see what I can figure out about my friend's wedding in L.A. in June, too. If I end up going to that, I'll buy the ticket myself.

@saveme4141 Wild. Glad to hear you were safe. I happened to be in the same place for both quakes. I think this one was worse... only because it was closer, probably. Also, I'm tired and ready for bed. Sleep well and take care.

i know im on the 6th floor of a tower it was big and then lots of big aftershocks

@R0s3101 This one was a smaller wavelength than Friday's. Freaked me out a lot more, too. As you can probably see in the video. lol I hope you're alright AND it doesn't happen again! Take care.

@ItchyKneeSon yeah i am fine but the base i am at is Yokosuka and they are evacuating us...we have no school and everybody left so its taken more toll on relationships then it has our health praying that they can stabalize the reactor
