Interview with a real estate investor that I trained years ago & he still brings me deals

Orlando McGuire is not a real estate agent, he was a client that became a friend. Orlando brought me a few good deals and some investors. I have been training him for the last 6-7 years.

The only thing that I would correct from the interview is that I really didn't spend a lot of time training him before he found this deal, I spent a lot of time training him during and after the transaction. But prior to finding the property, I mostly only told him what I was doing and general what to keep his eyes open for.

When he was ready to buy his first property, I spent about 20 minutes with him on craigslist and I let him loose. Within a week he found a great deal & I made a huge profit.

I made $165,000 on that transaction with about 20 hours of my time, Orlando got to keep the property and as you can see, he's gone on to do some great things.
