Hi can you do a tutorial on how to turn out your back leg while doing splits? Because in gymnastics we are supposed to turn im all the time, but i just wanna learn the turn out split because it looks so tough? :((

love watching these kind of videos, especially ballet tips! it shows that you have danced a long time, you are really elastic! I will work hard to get this limber!:)

omg i remember stretching like this in dance class...the first couple of weeks were the most painful in my life...and then after it became comfortable...sadly im old and cannot even stretch my arm to my knees...lol

@dancefeetz yeah i really need to start stretching more! i couldent do half of these! i just started ballet so i really need to get better! any advice? :)

You are EXELLENT. I would really want to achieve, but can not. I'm not going to ballet than the regular rhythm, and please tell me some advice as soon as possible to become flexible.

what a goregous ballerina you are! when did you start? I started when I was 2.
The way how you stretch looks very satisfying in a workout but when I attempt the same thing, I'm only disappointed in my lack of flexibility lol

I ´d love to make me head go into my knees, today was first ballet class, I just started ballet but I´d love to get that , I´ve been streching before but that I can´t get it :( also it´s hard for me to make my hands go to my feet I feel my torso is not enough to my long legs , how can I improve ? :). Please help me :D.

Just stretch for a while each day, as long as you can, and you will get it very soon! I don't have a very long torso either, so it took me some time to do this :D
