Framed by the FBI for an Impossible Kidnapping

The FBI accuses me of kidnapping someone in Nov 2006 from the US. One problem - NEITHER I or the person I supposedly kidnapped was in the US in Nov 2006.

They tried to extradite me from Bulgaria. Bulgaria has refused to extradite me. But the FBI persists in their false accusations.
