@fireheartis1 Because he's turned them down, WWE did try in the past but Quack turned it down.

He's got his own indy one called CHIKARA, Which in PG wrestling terms (Any wrestling whatsoever), Owns WWE completely.

@fireheartis1 Because he won't sign with them. He's got his own indy promotion, CHIKARA pro (which I think has just been bought by some company trying to get it to the big time), to worry about and they wouldn't use him anyway.

Seriously way hasn't TNA, ROH, or even the suckier WWE signed this guy yet. He is awesome. He is one of the best wrestlers I have seen in a long time.
