I am a SAS programmer working with the software for 15 years. It's superb to work with and support is fantastic. All I can say is my workplace is NOT like SAS Institute. People are not valued, there is no regard for them at all. I have been cussed out, threatened, stabbed in the back - you name it - all in a company that I cannot dare say the name of or I'll be sued. I can't even MENTION THEIR name as I know HR investigates social web sites for dirt.

"Show up and collect a pay check", yes but the paycheck is lower because of the corp funded internal socialism.... programs, if you row slow, this is the ship you want to be on.
