Here is one that time forgot...almost. This extremely short lived series from 1982 starred Judson Scott (Khan's son from Star Trek II) as a revived ancient astronaut with special powers.
@blade22 Was searching thru the comments and thanks to you, found that this show was on ABC. That would be channel 8 where I grew up in Fort Worth, Texas, followed by CBS (Channel 4) and NBC (Channel 5). Fox and Wal-Mart weren't there yet...or were they?
