I was a new freshman and my boyfriend had graduated high school and was in the Army. I played the whole thing over, and over, and over again as loud as it would go. I missed him so much and these songs reminded me of him. Ah, young love! It brings a smile to my face to hear these songs again and remember a time that was so much more simple.

I to have loved this song ever since I first heard it 30 yrs ago. Had the single for years. Few years ago, I downloaded off Napster and now have it on cd plus my mp3 player. Never knew what he looked like till I saw these videos. And now listened to some of his other songs and they're great. His music may be from the early 80's, but they could have easily been from the early 60's when I grew up.

I can picture John Lennon doing this song, Phil Seymour does sound a bit like John Lennon.
