I think that is Vinnie Bell on electric sitar on this. If you really want to hear Vinnie Bell give Ravi Shankar a run for his money, listen to "She's A Heartbreaker" by Gene Pitney. Many unique guitar sounds are played by Vinnie on other Four Seasons studio session recordings.
