@Hope2009pc She was supposed to have had 5 days off before the crash, probably making this her last day before the crash. Interesting...

@MrDaz123321 That's a very good question but i lived in Buffalo, New York at the time. It was the big story for weeks. Everybody and his brother in the Western New York area were "armchair Quarterbacks" for weeks after this sad event. There are 3407 vids all across Utube posting verbal contact between the tower and Shaw. I based my opinion on those vids.

@Hope2009pc How do you know it was Rebecca Shaw other than "it sounds like her"?
-
The woman speaking died 4 days later on the same exact flight route. Not sure who the pilot was on this night.
-
does this mean the woman that was speaking at the end died, and the pilot?
-
awsome your so high in the air!!
-
I believe you are correct. That sounds like Rebecca Shaw. This was taken 4 days before the crash.
How high up would you say you were? I'm trying to gauge how high Flight 3407 was....wasn't it 2300 feet? Correct me if I'm wrong...
Nice footage though....smooth ride in.

The actual approach to runway 23 occurs at 34 seconds in this video. The plane went down 6.2 miles from the airport and was at an altitude of 2300 feet when they lost control of the aircraft.

This is so stupid.
Plane's going the wrong direction, wrong runway. Everything about this is wrong.

The plane initially approached from the south west but then made a turn and made it's final decent from the north east to land on runway 23, the same direction flight 3407 was supposed to land. Did you watch the whole video? The plane flys over Transit road from the north east just as 3407 should have. So everything about your comment is wrong!
