she said "There's nothing wrong with adults doing that" (diet)
soooo... why is she against it?? bc you want the "cravings"??
isnt the cravings for specific food that gets us in trouble in the first place?? this lady is an idiot.

@hcmontessori it's not a bad diet and she admits that. she never said it was unhealthy. she just recommends that it's not plausible for adults. a whole-foods diet is great, because it provides healthy carbs with lots of micronutrients and plenty of fiber to keep you full. if you're wanting healthier foods in your diet, the baby food, organic or not, is only helping you minimally. you could be eating the same "good stuff" and get all the other nutrients behind it, like carbs and fiber :)

I don't understand why this is such a bad diet?! It's just pureed, whole veggies & fruits... Anyone who disses a whole-foods diet is dumb in my opinion. Now, the portions on this diet are way off for an adult, but if you mix it with oatmeal or brown rice, it's a good portion size AND you're getting the added fiber. Organic baby food is best 'cause you're not getting the pesticides you'd get from normal baby food. I think this is a weird diet, but not an unhealthy one. That lady is crazy, IMO.
