I live what you would call a straight edge life, but I reject the label. I live this way because it is good for ME, not because I want to fit into any rigid stereotype full of judgmental teenagers. Guess how long I've been living this way? For over 25 years. Have I been perfect throughout those 25 years? no. But we're human, we're not perfect. Only the bassist broke edge, and I don't see that as a big deal because he isn't one of these douche bags like Rob from Ruiner who breaks edge and then talks shit about it.
It shouldn't matter, I'd still listen to this band if they all broke edge. Sean Murphy drunk is probably smarter than most hypocritical edge kids.

Listen, I've been seeing so much shit being thrown at Verse for a while now. Breaking edge is not selling out. Just because some decisions were made to break edge, doesn't mean the band is shit. That is the main reason I cant stand most straight edge people, they say "Oh, Verse broke edge? they weren't that good to begin with" or "they suck now." you cant act like the band was never good after they breaking edge thing. Verse is and will always be one of the best.
