@stargiorgistar The teardrop muscle, otherwise known as vastus medialis, is a quadricep muscle particularly involved in the last range of motion of knee extension. So, a great way to train it if want to "isolate" is to find a step, place the leg us wish to train on the 1st step, and just work from that slight bend to full extension, and down again. Hold a weight to increase resistance. Hope this helps, Pauly (Advanced Personal Trainer. BSc, MEIF)

I want to train my teardrop muscles to get that model like thighs but I don't know how to train it. Can someone please help me out ;c? it's for home so..

This is such an unprofessional illustration... put your weight on your back leg? Are you kidding me? The weight should stay on your front leg, the back leg is just for support. Under NO circumstances load the back leg unless knee problems are desired for that leg.

@TheSILENTGAMERZ do some cardio too, what you can do for that fucking big fat ass , you can do the exercises and then go Jogging , after that you do the exercise again and then you stop and go eat some wholegrain and apples , and try to look your fat ass at the mirror and see if it got slimmer after a week or two.
