this is a high school choir..give them some slack its not like this is a college choir full of music majors. the babies did the best they could...to be so young.

The dynamics, where are they? I can't find them! And I feel some notes are held on for a little too long. Waysiiiiiii...iiiiiiiiide. Staaaaaaa... aaaars. Foooooouuuuu... ouuund. Just sounds a little bit too long. Good notes. It just doesn't sound easy and natural.

this is too mechanical guys. Experiment with loosening the tempo.  Also, work more with the vocal 'colour'. Many vowels are also too impure for a really good choral sound. Being in tune is just not enough to create a satisfying sound.
