Good Ideas here. I see these tools as benaficial for sure.
Don't kid yourself about not needing skill.....hmmmm
You better have an understanding of thickness and depth or you'll see red!
Can't replace what you remove with these tools.
I do fine with the flat tools but these may aid in the curves.

I just bought a set of tools, the are the best thing since sliced bread! Mini horses are so hard to trim with the normal sized rasps and even the small sized nippers are hard to use. These tools made trimming a breeze. I had total control over the shaping of the hoof. I would give these tools a A+++ Well worth the money.

Your comments of not needing skill and taking 25 years to refine your product sent red flags flying.Left to there own devices most horses would be better off than being accosted by the uneducated equipped with your appliances.Sorry but i look at this as a marketing gimmick more so as a benefit to our equine community

@leslynk I would like to express my opinion based on my own experience that Rider's Rasp and Radius Rasp are absolutely two different products. I have them both. I've been using Rider's Rasp already a year, and Radius Rasp since yesterday. This is NOT the same product.

Bit bothered by possible misuse of these. It would be easy to do a lot of damage taking away sole if you don't have a real good knowledge of the inside of the hoof capsule. There is defo a market though, as it is hard to handle the big rasp. The rasp seemed to remove a lot of sole with the rolling, could it not hane a blind side that didn't do that or is that all dependant on angle?
There have been some concerns expressed about the possible negative effects of using the Concaving Sole Rasp. This tool is not designed to 'create' sole concavity but to promote its development by removing unhealthy and excessive layers of sole horn. Care must always be taken to avoid thinning the sole too much. When in doubt, use it sparingly. By the way--I think you will find it the best hoof pick you have ever used! Try 'chopping' hard-packed dirt with downward strokes of the point.

Evolutionary Hoof Care products were created to offer new and more effective methods for promoting healthy natural hoof shape. The design and function of the Radius Rasp and the Rider's Rasp are radically different. There is no significant overlap in the patent descriptions for these tools. The most important issue here is not 'who owns the market' but what designs best serve the needs of horses and horse owners. I invite the public to decide that issue.
Sincerely, Leslie Emery.
