Hey man do yourself a favor and read the 80/10/10 diet. Along with watching videos from LIFEREGENERATOR, along with RAWFOODFORMYLIFE. I promise you it is and will be the most effective and efficient way for you to release unwanted weight. You're body is in a toxic state, it is vital you learn how to detoxify it by watching Dr. Robert Morse as well. I saw a few comments previous to this one and they all mentioned relative info. All based on the 80/10/10 lifestyle. Trust me it WILL work! I promise

get outside and walk! make it a routine, but DO NOT set an end date!! walk, walk, and walk some more. then mix in some short running. Trust me, you'll soon be addicted!

It's not easy to change habits hun, I'm sorry you're having trouble getting there. I am always rooting for you though and always here. I'm always happy to see you again and hear that you haven't just given up. Watching movies while you exercise is awesome, I do better and stick to it better when I do that myself. If I miss it later, I want to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY now. :o)

Watch "Sick fat and nearly dead". Start juicing. It will save your life. Look up LifeRegenerator- Dan Mcdonald on Youtube. Look up Raw Balance- free website and watch all the videos of the people on there and get support.
You want to stay away from PROCESSED SUGARS! Simple sugars are our cell's primary fuel. The simple sugar in fruit is fructose. Fructose does not require insulin or ATP to aid in it's transport across the cell wall. Fructose enters a cell through diffusion. This is why eating fruit does not drain you of energy. Complex carbs are converted to glucose first & then requires some insulin to act as a utilization hormone for the active transport across the cell wall. FRUIT DOES NOT SPIKE INSULIN!
