This is part 2 of my slowing down and stopping techniques for downhill skating. It covers: Lift & Drag Snowplough, Controlled Knee Bends and Backwards C's methods. If you've ever been out street skating and encountered a hill but were too scared to try it these 3 videos will help you to conquer your fears and master skating down hill. Pretty soon, you'll be doing it too. Golden rules: padding, practise, patience and relax. Are you ready? Then off we go.
