It is definitely overloaded. Try to not add so much! Follow the instructions.

have you had any problems with odors? I got mine recently (yesterday) and did everything the directions said, and I came home and my whole house stunk...I think the seal isn't very effective...I'm going to the hardware store and pick up some weather sealss...mabye that may help? :)

Well, Nature Mills has responded with a few suggestions that were obvious, but I fixed the problem myself by cutting away somw styrofoam on the left wall that was in the way. Now the trapdoor at least opens like it's supposed to.

The composter in the video is definitely too full. I am having a problem with my composter: the trapdoor doesn't budge when I try to transfer. Has anyone dealt with this problem? Nature Mills hasn't responded to two e-mails I have sent.
