That is a sweet baseline, and it does sound an awful lot like Glass of Water. Wonder if Coldplay did rip it? Still, it's a pretty simple note progression, could have occurred by happenstance. Also the time signature is different between the two ... the rests are different.
I like both songs just fine though. Besides the accompaniment is completely different between the two songs.
