@tanga40 have you ever tried staying awake on a 14 hour flight while being completly jetlaggeed? As a FA i can tell you that on some flights (because of the time difference, early pic up and long flight) I only sleep 2 hours a day. And those 2 hours are in the crew rest. Its not like we sleep through the whole flight its just like a normal break but a bit longer.
