Often overlooked is the oma plata submission/position for mma and this mainly comes down to the fact that people try to use their flexibility to set it up. This is not the case, with a simple hip movement you can hit the oma plata and set up sweeps, back takes, submission and this is just one demonstration of that in effect. I will be releasing a full instructional soon from that position.
That is awesome. Would have never though to shrimp out for the sake of securing the arm.
