I am searching the sketch about this contractor (Smith) to build the canal tunnel and is dicussing this with a government official (Jones).

Actually, not all of the German generals were Nazis.. They should have included the one who is fond of claret and reading Schelling and the one who is always woken in bed at three am by a call from the Fuhrer's headquarters..
