I loved the first couple of seasons of Andromeda... it had the potential to be a truly great show.

Now I'm at the beginning of Season 3... and I'm worried

It's just a few ideas about what Trance is, and the engine of creation and a few things that could have happened to the characters, it's about a single episode worth of ideas, gives no kind of idea of how the entire show could have gone.

Season 5 is ok, but it's not like either ideas really tied together that much.

@Usul573 The coda imo combined all the facts together to an interesting and even quite innovative story that fits to the whole plot.

The bad ending they finally used was completely out of place. It was like 1 season of "gilligans island" with odd new characters, stupid stories, bad explanations and completely disregarding the previous storyline. The only interesting part there was the story about Rommi, how she became insane and then slowly changed back to her old being.

The Coda is a few interesting ideas, but it's not like it really gives a sense of how the show could have gone.
