  • This was not recorded by Jo-Ann Campbell. I am the Jo who recorded this record in 1962 on Capital Records. I was Jo-Anne Sugameli at the time and my sister Judy and I were a duo called " Judy and Jo". My sister Judy recorded the other side of the record, singing the answer song to Patsy Kline's "She's Got You". It was called "She Can Have You". We recorded another record singing together "Tattletale Joe", flip side was "Pictures Don't Lie". I was 17 and Judy was 15.

  • The dispute over Good Luck Charm reached the courts in May 1962. By that time, Presley’s Gladys Music had filed a second infringement suit against Schroeder and Gold and Arch Music over an answer record to Good Luck Charm, titled, Don’t Want to Be Another Good Luck Charm, released by Judy and Jo. Schroeder’s Arch Music had licensed the answer song’s recordings rights to Capitol Records, against which Gladys Music also filed a lawsuit.
