Final Fantasy 12 - Omega Mark XII (pt 1/3)

Omega Mark XII - it does 8000 damage per hit and attacks frequently sometimes causing a character to go berserk, taking control from the player. The solution: lure and reverse. Keep these active on your damage dealer as much as possible. If done right, this battle is quite easy. Without reverse, it makes Yiazmut look easy. After about 9 or 10 spins of the "reverse" status effect icon, start casting it again. If done right, reverse will expire while nearly done casting then take effect again immediately after. The 8000 damage it would otherwise deal turns into 8000 in cure thanks to reverse, but as a warning, casting curaga and the related will actually deal damage so disable such gambits, except if used on "self" and only on the support characters. If lure lapses and the enemy gets one of the support characters with berserk, dispel that character immediately (keeping ranged weapons on support characters makes this easier to deal with. If things go wrong, retreat to the top (flight does have its purpose in battle ya know). Again, having the support characters with ranged weapons will help significantly with flight as well. Trouble is, if you run, the enemy will quickly start to heal itself 10,000 HP at a time.

Did u say that it took you two hrs to get here?! Do you have a game guide to help you? Piggyback FFXII guide actually have a map of the great crystal and it helped me a lot to get here. Still, Omega Mark XII is challenging, luckily the english version have chopped its HP from over 10 million down to only over 1 million, which makes things 10 times easier!

It's all those gates, especially the last one. The flare-and-berserker trick makes the enemies you encounter easy to handle though - they're forced to wait if they use any magic.

Oh, u've defeated him as well! Hehe. I'm gonna beat him some of these days. Shouldn't be any too hard - there's no hard boss after u've played gainst Yiazmat. Hey man, I wanna ask u somethin: How DO I get the Lu Shang's Badge? I've completed Downstream, Mid- and Upstream all, but I don't get any further! What's wrong with it? There shud be more levels after Upstream right? Quite odd, I rly hope u can assist me. :)

That fishing game is one I never bothered with beyond the first one. I easily get mixed up with the L and R sides and also 1 and 2. Thus, I can't answer your question.
