This is solely an example of "something" caught off the delayed feed off the STS-123 mission at approximately 2:15am (PST). It's probably nothing but a reflection.
Reflections usually show up as white. Unless it's determined that the ccd picked it up: It might have just been an analog or digital voltage spike anywhere down the line after the camera, before the recorder.

there are plenty of these flashes in NASA footage... they've been seeing them since the Apollo missions. Buzz Aldrin called them "fireflies".
