You are good my dearest friend, I've been struggling for a long time today trying to get them out. In fact I struggled a few years ago too and I've only ever managed to get them out by someone else. Today that all changed. Big smile going out to you and your very simple method which helps people like you and i who just can't seem to get them out with thumb and index :-) Thumbs up to you.

thanks for this. i got my contacts only a few days ago and i can do the right eye normally but ive had so much trouble doing the left eye. tried this and it worked the first time :)

Got mine over a week ago. So far scratched both eyes with nails at different times trying to get them out and had to wait until eyes heal before I can start again.
