Taps
Arr. Joshua E. Thompson
This is a very emotional piece of music. Please remember all of our fallen warriors and god bless America.

  • @spike67 you can play this open fingers and just one and thats about it i think.....yeah and why do 4 people not like this........maybe they prefer bugle call

  • To the many people leaving upset comments, please realize... this is this person's ARRANGEMENT of Taps. Nowhere did he claim it is the original. An arrangement is simply that... THAT person's interpretation on the best way to convey the emotional subject of a piece of music. Yes, I personally will never play anything but the original arrangement of Taps at a funeral, but I believe Joshua did a very fine job of reaching the emotional basis of this piece.

  • Send to franklinghs@yahoo.com plez

  • It is played by the military open.you can, however, play it other ways.

  • I know this. It is made for the bugle and when transposed it stays open. The military plays it this way and it should stay that way; however, it can be played other ways.

  • @cookiemonster3088 Ok the fingering for a beginner are just 1 and 3 the whole song. Just blow the octaves or notes that the song sounds like.

  • @spike67 i play the trumpet.

  • @cookiemonster3088 What instrument do you play? I might be able to help...
