@BenjaminZN Já neuznávám presumpci neviny, soud osvobodí každýho. Vidím spis a není co řešit, udával, stejně jak nohavica a kanyzovi taky nevěřím.

a co presumpce neviny, je lehký hnedka někoho odsoudit.. Pan Kundera ač z počátku zaslepenej hurá komunista došel k určité katarzi. Z jeho tvorby mám pocit že jde o velmi zásadového a seriózního muže. Myslím že se vyjadřoval ve zpravodajství TV prima, kde tohle obvinění rozhodně dementoval.

you dont need any czech to shout out: a) even true, penal law speaking, there can be no conviction, due to elapsed time (unless czech law states otherwise). b) generally speaking, there can be no shadow on the writer/philosopher who explicitly explained our interior fears and feelings, so that we, just humans, understand them.
