Costner told Senators that his company - Ocean Therapy Solutions - has a product that's designed to separate oil from water in an effective and environmentally-sound way.

Hats of to Mr.Costner.though really the technology is not really new.WWII submarines used similar technology. the big question though is why no one was ever enterested in developing such technology before now.I understand why big oil wouldn't be interested.But why not any of our elected officials.As typical Valdez didn't teach them anything.
