@GwEn075 sometimes, though, you can. but, of course, that doesn't work for everyone. wanna know what i did to get over it? make a list. list all your good qualities, all your accomplishments, and all your goals. you'll be surprised to see how many good things you can find. oh, and a list of good times and memories wouldn't hurt, either! look at it when you feel upset or angry, it helps A TON! trust me. :)

@GwEn075 i know! i think ADD is taken lightly and people don't realize just how big of a deal it is. it has a huge effect on self-worth and the success of people's lives. it's something that can screw you up if you don't know the right moves to take. but, once you figure it out it becomes something you can cope with, even if its hard.

you know why i love this song? ive gone my whole life living with ADD. getting bad grades, making small mistakes, getting teased because im spacey, not being good enough because i couldnt figure out the little things, getting called annoying and various forms of stupid. i believed that i was stupid after so many people saying so. i feared id never get a job, id never have the grades to go to college, and that id be a terrible mother. i stood in the rain. my battle is over. i found myself.
