Child porn openly sells on the streets of Pattaya, Thailand. Shocking video of a Pattaya policeman looking at child porn DVDs and doing nothing about it. Both local law enforcement and the local media seem to turn a blind eye to this horrendous crime. @proitc Those images were frozen from the video. The video was very fast and just a few frames were clear as we were trying to film it quickly and discreetly. It was also the best way to blur our the offensive and illegal parts.
