  • Clearly all you people who are in support of 'no slaughter' aren't really horse people. What happened when they banned slaughter in the states? Oh yah.. horses started starving and facing worse fates then being put down. Learn to think outside the box

  • pleaze everybody write to congress and to the people in canada write to our great pm !! pleaze save these horses as they don't deserve this 1 bit and pleaze stop breeding !!!! lat them know and the more people that write the more maybe we can end this inhumane slaughtering to these beautiful horses so write !!!! pleaze save them for this sick inhumane death just for food ! there non livestock animals !!!

  • @WordsCanOnlyDoHarm Well, to be fair, some people love eating horse meat.

  • poor horses <3 they're so beautiful they should be running free, but they're just abused and slaughtered :(

and woww the horses in this video are all so amazingly good-looking, they're so beautiful !!

  • This could easily backfire though! Breeders would over bred, as is the case everywhere you turn, with a popular animal. Remember 101 Dalmations? Breeders bred like crazy, who wants lterally 101 dalmations when you only need one?

A possible approach is to BAN the breeding of surplus thorougbreds by their adopters. That would be like socialism I guess & would not work in a "free" society. Back to square one.......sigh......

  • Wonderful video...well thought out and to the point! I love throughbreds and proud to see that there are others who are as though concise as me in regards to such a wonderful breed. Thanks!

  • I have an OTTB :) I got her a year ago after being rescued and retrained by my instructor we have just started doing novice jumpers and wherever I go people always stop and look or have something to say about my horse (always good things)

  • @DaddyLJ1 FUCK YOU MAN. WOULD YOU SEND THEN THE POOR HORSE TO A SLAUTERHOUSE??? I WISH YOU A SLOW DEATH,JAJA

  • I would like to learn more about teaching thoroughbreds....Do you know of any low cost training programs or trainers that can help teach my 3 year old sound 16.5 hh horse. I like the message in your clips..... We live is sylmar Ca

  • Also another well known OTTB is Courageous Comet who came in second in the 2008 Rolex Three Day Eventing, my beautiful horse is an OTTB that I saved from slaughter..Hero <3
