It's Dover. Although the floor passing chime almost sounded like Otis but I've heard that chime on a Dover Impulse.

Those are Dover Vandal Resistant fixtures, not EPCO Survivor Plus (which would make this an OTIS more likely). Survivor plus fixtures don't click when pressed.

That specific car shape is unique to Otis, and was somewhat popular in high-end buildings from the late-80's through the mid-90's.

I m actually convinced that this is a Dover or Thyssen elevator, based on the fact that those are Dover vandal resistant buttons, Dover keyswitches, and a Dover style indicator.

Hmm... it may have been that those interiors were made by a separate company.
